  • Most orders are dispatched within a business day. In some cases, products may be dispatched from third party warehouses, which can take 1-3 business days.

  • Most orders are sent via Australia Post from our base in Melbourne. According to our friends at Australia Post estimated shipping times are:

    Bulky items

    Products such as boards & skis are sent via various selected couriers such as TNT, Aramex, Couriers Please and others.

    Delivery times can vary from 1-2 days in Metro areas and 2-7 days for regional areas.

  • We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all products in our range are covered by manufacturers warranty. In most cases this includes 12 months warranty, however some brands like to bump this up.

    We try to make sure this information is available on our product pages, however if there's some info missing and you have a question please reach out to our team below.

  • In some cases, yes.

    If there's an error with your order and we can't fulfil it correctly we will gladly offer a refund (and our most sincere apologies).

    If there is a manufacturer default on your product, a refund may be offered if a suitable replacement can't be offered.

    For other situations (e.g. change of mind) we will gladly work with you on an exchange for a suitable item, or offer a store credit, however a refund will not be offered.

    Please note these are our standard terms and as part of a promotion we may alter or change them without updating this page.

  • For smaller products (under 105cm) we generally use Australia Post.

    However Aus Post don't like big packages, so for boards, skis etc. we utilise a range of different couriers including, but not limited to, TNT, Aramex and Couriers Please. For these orders we will select the most appropriate courier based on estimated delivery times and costs.
