For a serious weekend skier, this is probably the sweet spot of the Omni range. You get a lighter, quicker ski than the standard Omni without moving all the way into the narrower, less forgiving world of tournament skis.

The Omni Ultra is the premium crossover Omni: lighter and more responsive than the classic-construction model, while keeping the forgiving width and rocker that make the Omni easy to ski. It is a strong fit for regular skiers who split time between open water and the course and want quicker response without moving to a narrow tournament shape.
