We’ll ship to any address in Australia. Delivery times can vary but are generally around 2-5 business days after your order is dispatched. For bulky items such as skis, boards and tubes, delivery can take a little longer 5-10 business days. Shipping times can vary at peak times. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

For most orders completed before 2pm on any business day, we'll have your items dispatched the same day! In other cases, such as peak times or when inventory is held at external warehouses, you can expect dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Please note: for bulky items such as skis, boards &amp; tubes we will get these booked with our couriers within the timelines described above, however courier pickup timelines can vary and can take up to 3 business days. In most cases, we see items picked up within 1 business day. We will always do our best to utilise the best-performing couriers so you get your gear fast.

Where possible, we are happy to facilitate a change of size for a product you have purchased. In this case, please reach out to our team via the links below to confirm an appropriate size is available before sending any product back to us.

For other issues, such as a fault with a product you received, we can offer, at our discretion, a store credit, a replacement product, or a partial or full refund.

Products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days. If this is not possible for any reason, please reach out to our team to discuss.

In the lead up to Christmas we will extend our return window to 30 days to allow for gifts to be returned. This will be available for any order completed between 24th November to 24th December.

If you are purchasing a gift at any other time of the year, please advise our team and we will be happy to extend the return window for you.

All the product we sell comes with a manufacturers warranty. In most cases this is a 12-month warranty that covers all manufacturer faults. 

If you are unlucky and receive a product that is affected by such an issue, please reach out to our team immediately for guidance. We will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure you are back on the water as soon as possible.
